Greetings and welcome to the official website of the Americus Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated!

It is my distinct honor and privilege to serve as President of this remarkable chapter of dedicated women committed to sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action.

The Americus Alumnae Chapter remains steadfast in advancing the mission of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated while responding to the evolving needs of the communities we serve. Across Sumter, Dooly, Terrell, Macon, Webster, and Lee counties, our members continue to make an impact through meaningful programs, strategic partnerships, civic engagement, educational initiatives, and service.

Our theme, “Rooted in Sisterhood, Building with Intention, Evolving Together,” reflects both who we are and where we are going. We honor the strong foundation built by those who came before us, strengthen the bonds that unite us as sisters, and move forward with purpose as we expand our impact throughout the communities we serve.

Whether you are a member of Delta Sigma Theta seeking to reconnect, a community partner interested in collaborating, or a visitor wanting to learn more about our work, we invite you to explore our website, engage with our programs, and stay connected with the Americus Alumnae Chapter.

Together, we will continue to build upon our legacy, strengthen our sisterhood, and serve with intention—remaining Rooted in Sisterhood, Building with Intention, and Evolving Together.

With sisterly love,

Lisa Y. Stephens
